JULIE ANN BLAIR, 55, of Fort Wayne, passed away Friday Oct. 7, 2011. Surviving are daughter, Mani Canady of Phoenix, Az.; brothers, Richard A. Blair and George Blair, both of Fort Wayne; sisters, Elizabeth Delong of Fort Wayne, Laurie (Noel) Crismore of New Haven, Connie (Todd) Wiernicki of Indianapolis, and Sally Scholfield of Greshaun, Ore.; many loving nephews and nieces; and grandchildren, Hope, Asia, and Brenna Canaday. She was preceded in death by her sister, Susan Gephart; and parents, Dr. Richard and Joanne Blair.
