John was born on August 26, 1956 in Huntington, IN the son of John Gibson and Patricia (Coffman) Gibson. He was a 1974 graduate of Huntington North High School and he earned his bachelor's degree from Ball State University. John was a proud member of the United States Army National Guard and he worked in various Factories and Warehouses managing merchandise. He loved animals, nature, and being in the outdoors. He also enjoyed going to the movies and spending time with his Grandchildren.
