So what all has happened since high school?
Brad L. Carpenter, 38, Wichita,Kan. died at 11:35 p.m. Sunday (Aug. 28, 1994) at St. Joseph Hospital, Wichita, Kan.

Mr. Carpenter had been a registered nurse since 1979. He was a 1974 graduate of Huntington North High School and a 1978 graduate of the Denton (Texas) School of Nursing. Mr. Carpenter attended East State Street Church of God.

He was born Aug. 16, 1956, in Allen County, to Donald and Jeanette Morrolf Carpenter; his parents survive in Huntington.

Also surviving are three brothers, Michael Carpenter of Redondo Beach, Calif., Steven Carpenter of Harlan and Todd Carpenter of Huntington; and grandmothers, Gladys Carpenter of Decatur and Iva Morrolf of Columbia City.

Calling will be from 6 to 9 p.m. Thursday at Myers Funeral Home, Huntington Chapel, where services will be conducted at 10 a.m. Friday with Rev. Larry C. Taylor officiating. Burial will be at Oak Grove Cemetery, Columbia City.
