Rex Rutledge, 44, 155 Logan Street, Markle, died at 4 p.m. Tuesday (Oct. 26, 2000) at his place of employment, ALH Building Systems, Markle. Mr. Rutledge was employed at both ALH Building Systems and Ecolab in Huntington. He was a 1974 graduate of Huntington North High School. He was born Dec. 21, 1955, in Huntington, to Douglas and Robbie Bell Rutledge. His parents survive. Also surviving is a sister, Dinah Rutledge, Huntington. Calling hours are from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at the Myers Funeral Home, Markle Chapel. Services will be at 3 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home with Rev. T.R. Jones officiating. Interment will be at the Star of Hope Cemetery.
